    When will my order ship?

    Orders are usually packed and ready to ship in one to two business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

     

    Do I get a tracking number? 

    As soon as your order is processed and shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number. Here’s the link to Bpost Track & Trace: www.bpost.be/nl/trace.

    What if my tracking number does not work?

    Confirmation is sent when your order is shipped, please allow up to 24 hours for this information to update. Contact us if you have further questions about your tracking number at stock@thelmalouise.be.
     

    Returns

    What is your return policy? 

    Please note that returns are at your own expense. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Please make sure that the items still have all the original tags and labels attached to them and they are unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

     

    How do I return an item? 

    Returns can be sent to the following address:

    Please place the item(s) you want to return in the bag and box your order was delivered in. Do not forget to include the returns form that you can download here. It enables us to recover your order number and details. 

     

    Please make sure that the items still have all the original tags and labels attached to them and they are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. 

    We recommend using an insured and traceable mode of transportation and that you keep your receipt for the shipment. Please note that returns are out of our control until they have arrived at our warehouse. Items are returned at your own risk and expense. Thelma & Louise Antwerp can therefore not be held liable for refunds for items that have been lost, stolen or damaged.

     

    Will you reimburse my shipping costs? 

    We will reimburse your shipping costs only if you have received the wrong item(s). In all other cases shipping will be at your expense. Please note that returns are out of our control until they have arrived at our warehouse. 

    How long does it take for a refund to go through?

    We will process your return as soon as we receive it, please allow 5-15 days for your bank account to update. 

    Important conditions: 

    Potential losses due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded. If you cannot find an answer to your questions, do not hesitate to contact our team here. This paragraph does not limit the guarantee provided for under Belgian law in the event that the product is defective. We kindly ask you to inform us within 30 days if the product received is defective. After this period, complaints will no longer be accepted. Each party has the right to cancel a purchase in the event of a fundamental breach of these conditions by the other party. This means, for example, that we can cancel a purchase if you are not a customer or if your payment is not accepted.

     

    Fit & Collect by Collectique


    Would you like to know whether your online order fits you? Collectique delivers your goods to a store nearby. There, you can try things on right away. Not convinced? You can easily return on the spot.


    With the Fit & Collect delivery option from Collectique, you can ship your order to a store nearby. There you can immediately try things on and decide what you take home. The returns are handled by the friendly staff at the Collectique point. The Collectique points are fashion stores and boutiques we have a close partnership with. They will receive your parcel and keep it ready for you. Once your parcel has arrived, you will receive a notification and you'll have 14 days to pick it up. All returns are handled at the Collectique point, so you don't have to fill in any return forms or repackage your items. Don’t lose time on shipping and just enjoy your shopping!


    You can check if there's a Collectique point near you by selecting the Fit & Collect delivery option in our checkout process. There you can find a map and a list with our currently available Collectique points.


    Good to know is that this delivery option allows us to group our shippings, which helps to limit transportation costs and CO²-emissions.


    This service is free of charge, although our general conditions related to costs incurred for shipping and returns still apply. In case of a return at a Collectique point, we deduct a shipping cost of € 4.99 from your refund.
